Hey Everyone!

Now that May is over and summer has unofficially begun I thought it would be cool to go back and look at your favorite blog post that you wrote or read this Spring.

If you’re a blogger, leave a comment with a link to your favorite blog post that you wrote in March, April, or May.  If you’re not a blogger, leave a comment with a link to your favorite blog post on someone else’s blog during the Spring.

My favorite post that I wrote was Jesus, Like No Other.

Some of the favorites (e.g. most read) on this site for the month of May are:

If you are having trouble narrowing the list to a favorite post, how about listing a blogger you have enjoyed reading recently?

I’m excited to read your favorites!  And, thanks for joining the conversation!

    I’ll do both…

My favorite post to write was “When There’s Only 1 Banana Left”: http://bigb94.wordpress.com/2011/05/24/when-theres-only-1-banana-left/

A blog I have enjoyed reading this month (trying to think of oen you don’t follow…) is: http://www.dustn.us/blog

I remember that post. It was a great reminder for how we need to treat people. I have read a couple of Dustin’s posts – good stuff!

My favorite post would have to be this one:

That’s a great post. It brings back the memories of going through that process with each of my kids. Getting used to ‘the cry’ and taking advantage of free stuff were big ones for me.

Oh…how do you get the big letter to start out every post?

    • Steven Cribbs June 1, 2011 at 12:34 pm

The big letter comes from a plugin called Drop Caps. Without the plugin, you could probably mimic the behavior through providing specific HTML code within the post. Of course, this would be a manual process for each post.

Steven, Thanks so much for stopping by over at The Point today. I’ll be dropping back in here often to read what is on your mind. Blessings to you.

I’ve written on a lot of different topics over the past 3 months, but when I look back, my favorite post was actually about why I blog in the first place: http://jonstolpe.wordpress.com/2011/04/11/pile-of-rocks/.

Thanks for the chance to share.

Hey Jon, thanks for stopping by! I enjoyed your post – I really like the idea of a blog being a chronicle of one’s life that could be shared with children and grandchildren. My children know that I blog, one of them has read some of my posts; but, they are a little young yet to really get into the stories. Someday though…
